      • Low loss: The no-load loss of the product is reduced by more than 20% compared to the SCB10 product, and the load loss is reduced by more than 30% compared to the SCB10 product. The energy-saving effect is excellent, the operation is economical, and maintenance is free.
      • Low noise: The noise level of the product is 10-15 decibels lower than the current professional standard JB/T10088-2016 “6-220KV Transformer Sound Level”.
      • Low partial discharge: The resin mixture adopts the most advanced mixing method and vacuum film degassing technology from abroad to mix the mixture evenly and completely eliminate bubbles inside the mixture. The product only has extremely low partial discharge capacity and can be controlled below 5PC. Both high and low voltage coils are poured under vacuum and pressure, giving resin insulation both full encapsulation and inter turn immersion. The casting body has a dense curing structure, which is flame retardant, explosion-proof, and does not pollute the environment.
      • The insulating materials such as glass fiber used for winding coils have self extinguishing characteristics and will not generate arcs due to short circuits. Under high heat, the resin will not produce toxic and harmful gases.
      • High mechanical strength: The resin with filler reduces the difference in expansion coefficient, curing shrinkage rate, and internal stress within the casting body. Due to the high hardness of the compound, prefabricated reinforcement materials are placed inside the epoxy resin encapsulation layer on the inner and outer surfaces of the high and low voltage coils, which has a dense structure similar to steel reinforced concrete. Therefore, the mechanical strength is also greater than that of pure epoxy resin, and can withstand sudden short circuit electric force without damage.
